Code 2403: No Password in Profile.con File

Problem

This profile has no account password stored in the profile.con - as a result BF2Hub cannot check its status.

Solution 1

  1. Open the according profile.con file with the editor of your choice
  2. Edit the according profile.con file: look for the line reading LocalProfile.setPassword "..." and replace the ... with the encrypted password generated by the BF2Hub Password Encrypt Program
  3. Save the file when done editing
  4. Restart Battlefield 2

Solution 2

Note: Only possible if the account is already transferred (backed up) to (or created in) the BF2Hub Network!
  • Use "Remember password" the next time you use this account in Battlefield 2. Your password will then be stored in the according profile.con file.
